BRIDEX organizers have designed an integrated delegate management system (DMS) that will ensure an efficient and effective administration of VIP delegate requirements – from the point of registration to customized tour programmes.
To be launched in March 2009, the system will provide front- and back-end support for registrations and security, coordination of meetings between VIPs and exhibitors, purchase of air tickets for important guests, and customization of exhibition tours. Information on accommodation, transportation and Liaison Officers will also be available via the DMS.
More than 400 delegates from over 60 countries are expected to attend BRIDEX this August. The bi-annual event organized by the Ministry of Defence, Brunei Darussalam and the Royal Brunei Technical Services will attract these key personnel involved in the acquisitions of major capabilities in their countries as well as 250 exhibitors.
Attendees will receive the chance to view the latest products relating to C4I Systems; homeland security; border surveillance and protection; as well as equipment and logistics relating to peacekeeping and Humanitarian Disaster Relief Operation (HDRO).
